The short version
We only collect what we need to run your booking. We don't sell your data. We don't track you across other sites. If you want your info deleted, email us and we'll do it within 7 days.
What we collect
When you book a party, we ask for your name, email, phone, the birthday child's first name and age, your venue address, and any notes you give us (allergies, party theme, special requests). When you pay, Stripe processes your card data — we never see or store your card details.
What we do with it
Run your booking. Brief the performer who's coming to your party. Send confirmation, reminders and a thank-you note after. Reach out about a future booking if (and only if) you've opted in.
How long we keep it
Booking records: 7 years (NZ tax law). Marketing list: until you unsubscribe. Stripe payment records are kept by Stripe per their own retention policy.
Who we share with
The performer assigned to your party (name + age + venue + notes only). Stripe, for payment processing. Web3Forms, for contact form delivery. Nobody else.
Cookies
We use a small amount of local storage to remember your booking progress so a refresh doesn't lose it. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics which is cookieless. No third-party tracking pixels.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 7 days.
Children
We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If your child has submitted info, email us and we'll delete it.
Updates
If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll email everyone on our active booking list. Smaller updates will just update the "last updated" date above.
